Andy began investing in real estate in 2004 with his first home in Syracuse, NY. After selling the house at a substantial profit in 2018, he moved to San Antonio, TX as part of The Deal Factory. There, he flipped houses, wholesaled properties, and assisted homeowners, investors, and real estate agents with complex transactions. Bringing The Deal Factory with him, he moved to Atlanta, GA in 2021. 

He is an established leader in the industry, completing more than 200 profitable real estate transactions. Despite his success, he prioritizes honesty, communication, and relationships over profit and transaction count—setting him apart from many others in the field.
